By subscribing to or using JP Assist, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

JP Assist is a paid feature designed to assist users in avoiding parking compounds by automatically initiating a parking session if none is detected during enforcement activities, provided the user has sufficient credit balance.

• JP Assist monitors your parked vehicle status during parking operating hours. 
• If no valid parking session is detected, JP Assist will auto-activate a parking session on your behalf with the minimum parking rate. For instance,
  • If the minimum parking rate is RM0.40 for 30 mins, JomParking will deduct JP Credit 0.40 from your credit balance.
  • If the minimum parking rate is RM0.60 for 1 hour, JomParking will deduct JP Credit 0.60 from your credit balance.
• JP Assist is not responsible once the parking session covered by the JP Assist has expired. Please ensure you extend your session if you wish to continue parking.
• JP Assist is limited to one (1) activation per week; thus 4 times covered in 4 weeks.
• JP Assist will only in active operation when: 
  • Your JP Assist subscription is active. 
  • You have sufficient JomParking credit to cover the applicable parking fee. 
  • You are within a supported parking zone area where JP Assist is enable. 

• The subscription fee for JP Assist is RM5.00 per month for one vehicle.  
• The subscription will be valid for (4) weeks from the date of activation only for the selected area subject to local council.
• Subscription is non-refundable, including partial use or unused benefits.
• JP Assist can be purchased via credit in the JomParking app, Online Banking or TnG E-Wallet.
• By subscribing to JP Assist, users acknowledge their own credit utilization to pay for parking when enabled.

• The auto-activation feature requires a minimum credit balance to cover the applicable parking fee.
• If your credit balance is insufficient at the time of activation, JP Assist will not be able to initiate payment, and you may be subject to a compound. 

• JP Assist does not guarantee immunity from receiving a compound if the system fails due to:
  • Lack of enforcement activity at the time of detection.
  • Disruptions in internet connectivity, GPS accuracy, or data synchronization.
  • Usage in unsupported councils or private parking locations not covered by JomParking.
    
• JP Assist is an automated assistance tool, and ultimate responsibility for parking payment remains with the user.
• Immunity from JP Assist is available once a week.  
• User must insert the right car plate.

• JP Assist is a 4-weeks based subscription and must be renewed at the end of the subscription period to continue.
• JP Assist does not auto-renew. Users must renew the subscription to continue.
• Subscription is non-cancellable once activated.  

• Users are expected to use JP Assist in accordance with the app’s rules and guidelines. Misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of the subscription.

Govicle Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue JP Assist, partially or entirely, at any time without prior notice.
• Update these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be reflected in the app, and continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
• Users will be informed of any changes via app notifications.
